Am I legally allowed to draw from TMF principles in my service?

I'm in the process of getting off the ground with my first business ever. It's based on the pain point of:

1. Most B2B SaaS entrepreneurs that I've spoken to have no idea how to incorporate traditional direct-response principles into their marketing assets (e.g landing pages, sales emails, etc.)
2. They don't have the time or budget to hire a DR copywriter to do it for them, or to learn how to do it themselves.

Part of my bonus offering is a business coach agent oversees the execution strategy of entrepreneurs, drawing strictly from the principles of entrepreneurship (as those laid out in TMF and The Great Rat Race Escape ).

My question is - would I be in legal trouble if I had my agent instructing people on the principles and strategies described in the books?
