Havent been on here in awhile because I have been laying low ([took the advice from @ZCP , yall better listen to this mf)
So in an effort to give back to the forum that helped me TENFOLD not only in business but in relationship building and overall like mindedness, I will open up a portion of my corpus callosum and genu and give yall much needed insight on how to manage all types of teams and personalities that can be used and applied to ANY industry. Yes ANY industry.
I have managed teams of 500 workers (in industrial and construction sectors)
over 100 projects across the world and across all timezones....
have managed teams of 50 at a time for consulting and project management.
For small medium large and Fortune 50 large enterprises....
And just have an affinity with PEOPLE.
Its all the same and not complicated.
Doesnt matter if its software, or IT, or fintech, or manufacturing, or even fashion for F*cks sake. People and PeopleSmart (Trademarked) are relatively simple once you understand the basics of interpersonal and organizational psychology. Nothing analytical just a formula of dealing and feeling a vibe and replicating energies to get shit down.
