Everyone FAKES their job, and they fake being in service, because they don't actually wish to be "servile" (though there is that sting that perhaps it is true, but you just haven't noticed yet). The real trick to making 50 000 your way, is to take on an authentic serving attitude (not a fake one that fears or denies being servile).

From this alone you can make that 50k from most any job you create.

Now, to do this has a few complications and I'll go through a few here:

1) Servile and Service may seem like a fine line but it requires a MASSIVE change in BELIEF and an entire turn around regarding money and what you authentically deserve.
To be inservice on your own terms requires
a) knowledge of your customers
b) the ability to annoy them a bit (when you have real service deliver problems) and to make up for it (when you have gained real service solutions)
c) the ability to look ahead beyond this one customer and see that if you do X here, you will have to do it again and again and again. The willingness to say "is it ok if we try something a little different!", and the charm and professionalism to pull it off.
d) Not being in it for THEIR money, because delivering a RESULT is more important than pleasing their "bargain seeker attitude". Results are STABLE, people pleasing alone for cash is not!

2) The impetus to serve is uphill and you have to get it DOWNHILL, or you will always cut corners, always be drowning, always be droopy and have bags under your eyes. To change this impetus is very tricky because we believe (and are told) it is overcome by i) cheating ii) doing what people say iii) forcing. The reality is that it is changed in NONE of these ways;
- Cheating is always uphill
- Doing what people say is not biologically possible and ignores your reality of being a human being
- Forcing uses up energy that can be used elsewhere and strangles your business, needing you to hire a slave that "does what you say", which causes a viscious circle and a horrible business

You can change your impetus by raw willpower and time, by not cheating, understanding you must work around issues, and trying to remove excess force in your business model and employment structure, or you can supplement this strategy by addressing a few other issues that I will state below;
a) Authentic service requires that your impetus must have the time and space to change, set up a scenario that grants you enough time, space and leeway to address the ROUGH issue here. It will weigh a LOT and it may seem like it will bankrupt you, but don't get into fiscal debt trying to combat that. Convince people that if they stick through this with you, that you will do what you CAN to continue helping them and appreciate what they went through with you. This is actually A SERVICE ATTITUDE disguised as a personal NEED and it develops responsibility and empathy and honesty with people.
b) Authentic service also requires that you ingest the problem SEPERATE to the time frame suggested to you. Meaning that you must learn to multitask PEOPLE while you spend TIME and space and rest solving the crisis in a human way. This means that you will risk not delivering, and in this case you politely send a note or refund or discount for future services for not being able to deliver the main service (you then give them what service you CAN and give them links, other service providers etc etc)
c) Authentic service also requires SUCCESS, meaning that you must have an interest in "what creates successful outcomes", and must pursue, and learn the ability to talk draw out of people micro solutions that can be transmuted into your services. You can do this in a cheaters way where you just take, or you can take time to sit down and give them back more than equal value in your thoughtful way of talking to them etc. You must learn here how yo smile with and HELP competitors if need be and be genuine about that. (no need to over do it of course but we do need to create good atmosphere with colleagues).
d) Come back to the table with an altered service, and listen to your customers, and be generous

The impetus changes because you do what you NEED to do, not what is "idealistic and not realistic", and it changes because your view on giving back changes from "saying what they wanna hear" to "developing what is required for a result". Results are STABLE, words are not, so when you give generously from results, you will be a stable person that can actually deliver service.
This is what causes the impetus to serve to go downhill.

3) Family, friends, peers and advice. All they really have is aggression and limiting beliefs. All they really have is fear and projection. All they really have is a "need it now" mentality and an expectation of something they don't understand. All they have is the ability to make your mind fixate on the "trivial" at the expense of what is truly necessary, and they will make you feel like the social standard for service requires IMMEDIATE ATTENTION.
You must break free from "immediacy" and "attention", and stick to a "lag principle", or a "gap principle" where by all communication must be FILTERED, ASSESSED, and addressed INDEPENDANTLY.
Psychologically there are several issues here and they are overwhelming (I'll do my best to get most of them)
a) We have a need for support from friends, this often leads to "learning on your own and leaving them to their fate" as you pull away from it to try to fix the above problem.
b) We have a tendency to LEAN on mentors, which only serves to amplify anxiety in both yourself and the mentor. You must learn to not "drag" or "pull" or "shake" things. This will make you bitter, and you must become GENEROUS and empathetic, because no one is a god that can solve your problems.
c) We have a view of money that makes it seem "hard to get", then lose interest when it is "easy". We tend to have this belief because we want to PROVE something to people or value opinions according to how HARD the money seems to be to attain. No one likes making dull, plain, money, and an example might be that I give you 5 cents, or a dollar, or ten dollars, or maybe a hundred dollars when you are looking for 5k. It is "short of any aim, goal, or forseeable purpose, and will require thought to put to action". It is this "repulsion to thought and effort" that makes smaller amounts devalue. To be authentic as a service provider you have to plug this by thanking people for every dollar they give you because you don't rely on them to be the sole investor in your company but just a valuable customer.
d) We want to show off, and break piggy bank. Don't do it. Plan ahead a few more months. It will suck, and you will feel it draining on you, but that piggy bank can mean ONE MORE RISK you can take in business and that can mean the difference between DELIVERING on a promise or NOT.

In order to escape the mentalities that drag us into poverty, we must combat them in order to drag ourselves OUT of poverty.
OUT OF MENTAL POVERTY and into authentic CHOICE when it comes to providing GENEROUS and real service.

When you have dragged yourself far enough away from poverty mindsets you will not give people "immediate attention", or respond to their "tests" (in which they tell us they want things they really don't in order to see if they can push us around).
You will instead be internally consistant, and must overcome that lonely feeling.
In spite of this however, it will strengthen you and is healthy when in the pursuit of just a nice job that you control or millions.

Everyone FAKES, its your turn to change yourself from a faker who can be confused as servile, to an authentic service provider that can NEVER be mistaken for servile.
When you are authentic in service, you have POWER. And serving from that place of authority will enable you to create better connections with customers and delight them.
This will enable you to gracefully make 50k in profit, before adding on any other attitudes and refinements to your service.

I post this in slowlane, not because it is weak, but perhaps because people do slowlane WRONG and as a result cannot see its purpose in the role of having a fulfilling life in the business world.
FYI, I can use this model right now to make over 50k with only 4 hours of work a week.
That is the power of one persons authentic service.

And as my mentor said to me "making 5k a month, and having time, was for me the biggest change in lifestyle because you can afford just about whatever you need. Sure you aren't high rolling but who cares, I usually spend my money on business not private jets and strippers, so don't worry about more money as it is all a bit overkill after that and it only leads you to ask the question 'what number will make YOU happy'"

What NUMBER will make YOU happy?
If you are anything like most people, its the number they can make right now but with one difference.
YOU are in control.

Thats what the above is all about.
Best of luck to you all.
