A lazy turd who fell asleep at a Yankees game has filed suit against ESPN and MLB because the commentators poked fun at him for falling asleep at a baseball game. Ye Gods, when will it end?

Of course, he is claiming they caused him emotional distress. He also says that the commentators called him disparaging names, which they really didn't.

He probably just wants some free tickets. He has to know he's not getting anywhere near 10 million, or maybe he's a king size dumb a$$ and actually believes that. They'll give him something free to shut him up, but I really wish they would make an example of him. Trouble is, that would be bad press, and the MLB is always concerned about image. Oh well.
