I have a potentially really interesting phone meeting with the CEO of a pretty large company within my niche. We have scheduled a phone meeting/PP presentation with the pretence of his company licensing the software I've built. I've been chasing this company for nigh on a year for a meeting so it's been along time coming!

I was wondering if anyone has experience and can give any tips? Especially with the content of the slides and any likely questions which may arise? So far I have the following slides;

1) Very brief history of the company (1 slide)
2) 9 slides (mostly screenshots) of our software and what it does
3) General benefits to the two user groups of the product (1 slide)
4) How I can see the product slotting into their current product line up(1 slide)
5) What I'm looking for (1 slide)

Current slide total is around 14 slides. I feel like it's too long?

FYI I read Stephen Key's One Simple Idea which has some good content and tips which I've tried to incorporate. Also read V's thread on the subject - one of the best on the forum.

Finally should I even be discussing what I'm after financially at this stage? I'm in two minds about it not sure if I want to show my cards this early but on the other hand I want him to know I don't think I'm the next Facebook seeking millions!! If anything the deal I would propose would be cheaper than him developing it himself.

Any help/opinions/guidance greatly received and appreciated!
