I am beginning to think the next step for expanding my business is to sign up some associates.
My affiliates or associates would make 1/2 to 2/3 of the total commissions.
I need to ready a contract to cover my a$$ and plan a program out. I will probably post flyers around the college I live by. They will say: "Worried about finding a job when you graduate? Start making money now and work your own hours with an established energy retailer"
Something along those lines, I want to pay them enough so they are satisfied and don't want some kind of salary. I want to pay them upfront as soon as their signup clears credit. I plan to make it a flat rate per signup at the whatever rate in a matrix I will email out to them every morning.
Im wondering if I should buy them business cards and make them a web site. I may also try to negotiate sales venues for them, so they can sell at a storefront, or event.
So any tips on going forward with this? I am sick of being an energy salesman and I want to just run this company.
