I understand that there are not a lot of real estate investors on this forum these days. Clearly the focus seems to be around internet sales and such. This makes a lot of sense as there are lots of opportunities in that area.

I like to play with apartments regardless of the ups and downs. It would be nice if we had more years to play this real estate game. So much could be done with the extra time.

With that said, I am looking forward to the end game. But I am making a strong push for the next few years.
