I received a spam email today from an email address I use soley for CL job postings, it is listed nowhere else. This email directed me to a webpage for a HBB (home based business) service with a video on the page. Curious to see the scum of the earth do their thing, I watched the video.
Let me tell you, oh, let me tell you, this company is a 10,000% pyramid scheme; you sign up for the course which gives you some free email scraping software and a customizable landing page and then you begin selling that same course to others, there is no product! Oh, I forgot to mention that they are sending out hundreds of thousands of scraped spam emails a day.
These guys are BEGGING for a lawsuit and maybe someone on here would be interested in raining hell down on them, I am probably just going to file a tip on the FBI's website (https://tips.fbi.gov/) but we all know that likely nothing will ever happen with them so maybe one of you would like to tear them to pieces?
Shoot me a PM if you want the URL to the page, I know it's a long shot but maybe someone who has had prior experience or a lawyer friend would like to shred them to pieces, it's a slim chance but a man can only hope. If you know of another way I can report this company, whether it be to the SEC or what, please let me know.
