So I have been doing tons of research on Mobile Home investing and came across "Lonnie Deals." I then read G Alexander's thread on him doing a deal at 19, and it really inspired me to get into the business.
Only thing: the SAFE Act looks like it has put an end to these deals.
I am living in RI, and the law states you must be a registered MLO "mortgage loan originator" and go through tons of hours of schooling.
What are your thoughts guys? Are these type of deals basically dead?
I also understand that different states have different laws. Can I do these deals in other local states besides my own?
Any input is appreciated.
