I'm running a webdevelopment agency with a friend (www.creaw.be), and we want to earn more.
I'm doing the sales & marketing stuff, he's the programmer.
After learning a lot about marketing & brands I've come to conclude that we need a rebranding.
Our marketing isn't geared towards one specific niche, and people can't pronounce our name.
Competition is tough as there are a lot of webdev firms out there in Belgium.
So far we've had two projects, netting us about 15.000€, but this in about half a year time (still starting up, not fully focused, not a lot of business knowledge, after work hours,..).
Our goal is to reach 20.000€ per month.
We want to make our company into a premium company, although we don't have enough expertise yet to actually do that. Not enough systems in place to come across as premium, nor is the programmer experienced enough to take on everything.
The question is how do we go about this 20.000€ per month?
Should we take on a shitload of small projects? Should we try to net big projects? Maybe even go niche and make "websites for dentists",... any thoughts?
