Hi all, new here
I am a recent fan of MJ's work specifically Unscripted and I have never felt so lit up on my butt lol
Everything he says is so spot on it's unbelievable.
Anyway, I currently hold a Bachelor of psychology/law and unfortunately can't get into psychotherapy until I do my Masters which will probably start on September 2024. I have an 8month old baby and too much time on my hands. I'm currently undertaking somatic therapy and find it really helped me heal my bodily traumas (read: The body holds the score) and I want to help others do the same. In fact, I had a very accomplished lawyer come to me and ask me if she can be my first client and I'm so flattered but battling with imposter syndrome. I have asked my somatic practitioner to train me a little bit in our next few sessions so I can feel more confident doing so, I will of course, be getting Somatic Breathwork as a certification.
I guess I'm really struggling with how to connect with my audience. I have started a Substack (I won't share it here as group rules are strict) but I am unsure on how to move forward. I dont know what to write about so at the moment I write on male/female dynamics. but I know I can write better things. I am a little lost but as I write this I realise I'm not doing as bad as I thought I was.
I'm interested in Islam (I'm Muslim), psychology and philopsophy
