After a pessimistic first post, I decided to pay attention to the responses I received, and now I have been working on a business that I hope will disrupt the industry I am currently in, rather than to leave the industry altogether.
At the moment, I do relatively well financially, but because my current source of income violates the commandments of time and scale, my earnings are limited and I have no freedom.
My question is: at what point should I stop doing what I am doing right now in order to pursue the business I have started? At the moment, I am using some of the money I make day-to-day to get my business started, and I know I will have to quit my job at some point in the near future, but I am not sure when to jettison my current income in order to focus all my time on the business.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
