I'm working on Wordpress development and am curious to know what type of plugin would you wish for?

As I manage a mulit-user site myself, I've been thinking of user tracking which settings are changed in the admin panel.
Would anyone else find this useful? Like a hidden log only visible to you, or would it be better visible by all users?

Any Wordpress admin or user can provide feedback.
