Hello. I want to have my own glass shop. I started my own shop with someone I barely knew 4 years ago and I left because I couldn't work with him and the partnership didn't work out. Now I have way more experience and I recently finished my program for autoglass and now I'm certified. I need help on how to open my own location and little bit of clients at first so I can lay the shops rent and keep the business running. Any feedback would highly be appreciated.
