Basic Question about entreprenuership

Hi, everybody,actually i was just watching the video on youtube about muscling up and gym , in that the guy with the rock solid abs and great biceps said that its all about "Basic Understanding of the principles + efforts"
So what i wanted to ask is that what are those principles of entreprenuership which are the most fundamental and when combined it with efforts and action it will lead to path into the right direction and later on give results to the action taker.

The first basic most ignored is actually fulfilling a need. Far too many people build a business and struggle to get customers, sure sales & marketing are tricky, but most of the time, the problem is not those but the offer/product/service is just crap. People build stuff no one needs or stuff that already exists in better versions.

So, that's the first one - build something people need and will pay money for.

Second, everything already exists, you're basically building a duplicate with a tweak, whether it's in a new location, new design, or new pricing strategy. So, look up the best in your industry and replicate what they do. For example, it's insane how often I see poorly built ecommerce stores when you can easily find examples making millions in the same industry and duplicate their success (at least on the front end) - they have spent years and millions to build the best possible website, create the best possible products, and run the most profitable ads. Don't start from 0, do what they do first.

Do you want to build a women's underwear brand? Make your store look like a combination of Skims and VS, find their ads using FB ads library and Foreplay, and tweak them to fit your brand. Look up their social media, that's your goal, that's the level of presentation you're aiming for.

Of course, that's just the front-end part, you still need a unique factor and it can be anything really - specific underwear type, for a specific body type, different "vibe", etc.

Third, this is really difficult to know when you're in the process, but the key to success is often just persisting long enough. Just keep doing it, keep building, advertising, tweaking until it works. At some point, it either will or you'll realize the problem is your product or service.

I just got home from my buddies bachelor party and I’m about 7 drinks in.

The basic principles are:

Sell shit people need.
Don’t be weird.
Do what you say you’re going to do.
Don’t sell to poor peoples.

There’s also a cool book about it that you can read. It’s called the Millionaire Fastlane . A cool guy wrote it. It’s about the fundamental principles of how to succeed financially by having a business. You should read it sometime!
