Becoming an E-commerce king (Ebay, Amazon, websites)

As you can read in my introduction thread I'm willing to risk it all to make it. Since I have little to no income right now time is ticking for me. In about 6 months I want to earn at least 600 euros just enough to cover rent and food. Everything above is a bonus that I will use to invest right back into new products so I can scale grow as fast as possible.

Basically my plan of action is very simple:
-Import and sell on Ebay
-Scale and grow
-Start selling on Amazon
-Start using FBA
-After a while pull customers to e-commerce website's
-Automatize and hire people to do the work for me

Which steps I already took:

0) Put aside 1000 euro to invest in books, software, equipment, products

1) Knowledge is power and I like to read so I bought a lot of secondhand business books in december. The only advantage of being unemployed is that you have a lot of free time, which I didn't waist...
I already finished: Think and grow rich, The 4 hour Work Week, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, The Greatest Salesman in the world, Delivering Happiness and the Education of Millionaires, Made in America,... Sometimes after reading I'm so excited and motivated that I just can't sleep...

2) Reading everything in the import thread on TFL Forum and reading a lot on other blogs/forums and taking notes.

3) Bought a lot of domain names that I will flip for profit or use myself in the future

4) Made a list of 200 products that I thought would be worth it. How? I brainstormed a lot, browsed amazon bestsellers, browsed aliexpress categories, browsed successful Ebay seller's sales history and products, browsed site's with trends
I also went to a lot of retail shops and took pictures of every product that was between 10 and 50 euro's, not too heavy and possible for importing and selling for a profit.

5) Ordered 70 different products in quantities between 1 and 10 on aliexpress for +/- 500 euros just to check the quality and get my feet wet on ebay (and build feedback)

6) I contacted DHL, TNT, UPS, Belgian post, DPD for shipping rates

7) Collected/bought already some material for shipping: stamps, old boxes, tape, tape gun, box cutters, scissors, glue, a small scale

8) Listed everything I don't use or need on a secondhand site, to free up some cash. My GI Joe's and Turtles brought in some nice cash already

What I still need to do:
-Learn everything about ebay, how to list etc
-Learn how to make a light box and take great pictures
-Make lists and put my samples on Ebay
-Buy bubble wrap, envelopes
-Get my printer working again and learn how to print automatic labels with the program of the belgian post office
-Find a way to ship larger packages on my bike to the post office, since I don't have a car
-Find out which sample products are worth selling and finding a reliable manufacturer on Alibaba

That's all I can think of right now. I will update this thread as much as I can to keep track of my progress and stay motivated. Feedback welcome
