Hello Fastlanians!
I've been reading the forums for a couple of weeks now and figured I would join eventually. Last night I saw a couple of posts that I just couldn't resist replying to, so that was it. Here I am. :wave:
I am a serial entrepreneur with a background in real estate, commodity futures (was a CTA at one time), and e-business. I have been in commercial real estate for several years now, but due to a geographic move for my wife, I am now getting re-established in a new market - not an easy task given the current economy. This has caused me to reconsder my direction and my business pursuits.
One of the more successful ventures I've had in the past was an internet based business model. The partnership failed, not neccessarily the business itself. So, I have been developing a plan to get back into that arena, this time with a larger market. I see much more upside potential for me in a shorter time with this than with any other path. I'll be asking some questions soon to help guide me through the process. I look forward to some great feedback from you all.
