Hi Everyone!
I have been reading this forum since its inception, but only decided to join now. I am a 25 y/o female that has been self-employed and a real estate investor for almost 2 yrs now. Prior to that I worked at a J-O-B, where I had gotten laid off. Instead of going out and getting another job, I used my severance as a down payment for my first rental property.
After acquiring a few multis, I quickly learned that I like doing SF lease options better because I do not have to deal with the maintenance. I recently got my RE license to have access to the MLS. There is so much more that I want to learn and accomplish before I turn 30 that most people my age do not understand. For this reason, I am forever in debt (Haha) to everyone on this forum for all that you have taught and inspired me to do.
I chose my name for several reasons:
1. We live in a capitalist society where just 100 yrs ago people thought the streets of America were paved with gold (Opportunity)
2. I like the ROI on silver better than gold. (IMO the price of silver has nowhere to go but up)
