Ready for the new year? in the past around this time my mind would think up resolutions habits to change. Still good to think about altering unproductive habits with productive ones .Just don't stop there though form a strategy for each 90-91 days .In what ways will you increase productivity and hit the goals. How will you prevent yourself from regressing? What do you have to replace the habit? It takes 28 days to form a habit. How will you spend those hours and days ? Name three productive things you could be doing that will move you forward.
For instance if you wanted to quit smoking.
Set a goal to do a quarterly analysis on how you are progressing
Each day, you might go for a walk, listen to a podcast, do a family function around non-smoking groups. Some activity that took your mind off smoking.
Name three other healthy habits you could be doing besides smoking.
Name three people you could go see who are non-smokers when you felt like regressing.
