According to LA Public Health and USC antibody testing, the number of actual cases (though asymptotic or minor) is MUCH MUCH HIGHER than originally thought. I posted the report below.
THIS MEANS THE DEATH RATE IS 28 TO 55 TIMES LOWER !!!! 0.09%!!
