Hello all,
I read the Millionaire Fastlane 9 months ago (already!) and registered in the forum but did never post. So why now?
When we register we are asked why we're joining the forum. At the time, I thought that the book provided me with incredible thoughts and that I did not want the knowledge to fade. Here we are now, and I feel like this is unfortunately what happened. At the time I thought I understood the mindset. This was true to some extent but I did not assimilate all of it.
During those 9 months I did not change myself nor my environment as much as I would have expected. To give context, I have a work that I should keep for the visa. My goal then was to create a side business and go full time on this when I would get a permanent visa.
After a few months of late nights / week-end work and more hindsight, I feel like I have rushed into the idea that everyone has after reading the book (make an educated guess
) without proper market research. Learned a lot, improved my confidence in acquiring skills and going out of my comfort zone, but I feel like the direction I'm going to is not the Fastlane.
So here am I, doing what I should have done from the beginning. Talk to you soon!
PS: in the middle of Unscripted , this book kicks a$$ and is more valuable than my Business Degree.
