So my idea has evolved from a idea to a service, I currently have 3 clients. Currently I focus on helping people or companies develop brand identities. I am considering targeting big industries that have out of date logos, I've found a good amount of leads (Designs/brands that could be updated)
Once i have approximately 6 clients, I'm ready to build my site and showcase those clients, I also will cold call clients and so on, or find a salesman who can help me out.
BUT, the barrier to entry is
-How to scale this service and figure out the average charged. Since most companies i'm looking into are companies of teams or whatever and they do not post rates. But I did figure out some averages.
"Typical brand development programs can cost anywhere from $3,500 on the low end to $500,000 depending on the size or the stage your company is in."
So the two things I need to figure out is selling/finding clients at the start that will pay at the low end, and scaling. Any tips?
