Hi everybody,

I have thought about creating a business, but since my budget is pretty low, I wanted to create a "blog" first. The goal of my blog is to create a fanbase and to start selling products if the fanbase is big enough.

The products I will make will have the same name as the name of the blog, so my question is, when is it neccessary to copyright the name? For example if my blog and website is called "coolcool12", and I want to create a brand with the same name at a later time, will I have to copyright the name when I create the brand or should I already copyright it when I still only have the site?
