I've been reading about businesses being able to be scaleable or not. I've came to two conclusions.
Rule 1- in order to be scaleable it must not require much time from any particular person. The business model must focus mainly on product creation and marketing, once this is accomplished minimal effort is needed to grow big.This seems fairly easy.
Rule 2. It must become cheaper to provide a service/product everytime you gain a new customer. This seems very difficult. This is the most important part it seems like because this will reflect directly on your competition with others in your market.
My question is how is Myspace, facebook, and twitter scaleable in reference to rule 2? Thank you
