Was reading the forum for a long time. The best forum i've found for the right mindset change.
Creating this thread here so i can document the progress, share, get advice from you, etc.

Let's start:
Travel niche.
One of the popular attractions in one of the major US cities. Lots of competition.
Panning to start with just this niche 'tour/activity" -> than try to partner with other activities in the city and create thins smng like 'best of the city" thing/package/sales funnel to bring the Lifetime Customer Value up -> and than hopefully become USA wide/word wide similar to viator/getyourguide.

The site is already 95% finished. Just hired couple of people on fiverr to do usability test.
Also used this free service -> http://peek.usertesting.com/
Got couple more things to try/change i was not aware of.

Traffic sources
Will start with PPC, want to try facebook- but have not idea how to target 'travelers who come to our city', not sure if facebook works for travel, also instragram, + lot's of other things to try.

Will report back with first tests/numbers.
