Im currently considering opening up my own medical supply business in california, and while looking over some papers one thing that im having trouble decided on is the business structure. im aware there are sole, general and limited proprietorships, LLC, LLP, and corporation. i was curious to know what do you think is the better business structure for a medical supply? the business will be a medicare provider selling durable medical supplies
