Hello fellow entrepreneurs! I am an Executive Broker/Entrepreneur with the LARGEST business brokerage firm in Nebraska. We closed 22 deals just last year. Our closest competitor closed 9. This is my "out of the box" networking. Currently we have close to 90 businesses for sale in the categories of: Contracting, Service, Manufacturing/Distributing/Fabrication, Recreation, Health/Fitness, Education/Childcare, Beauty, Restaurants/Bars/Bakery/Catering, Advertising/Marketing, IT, Online, Auto/Transportation, Professional, Medical, Animal/Agriculture, & Retail.
I specialize in connecting entrepreneurs like you to the perfect business. We don't really do turnaround companies. The businesses that we list are thriving and profitable companies with provable numbers. There are 4 reasons people usually sell their business: death, divorce, disease, and they're just done (retiring). This is when we come in and help our clients find the perfect buyer. We work for both the buyer and the seller ensuring a fair transaction on both sides. We walk both buyers and sellers through the whole process of bringing the sale to the closing table including bank financing, attorney involvement, getting electricity and credit card processing in new owner's name, any type of licensing. We make the process as seamless as possible.
In most cases it costs a lot more to start a business from scratch than it does to buy an existing business with an existing client base and it takes a lot more time to see a positive return. When stepping into a company that is already existing, there is realization of immediate cash flow. It is important to know the cost to create as opposed to what it costs to buy an existing business. 99% of the time it just makes more sense to buy existing.
I absolutely love what I do because I am able to help people realize their dreams of owning their own business. I also am able to help those stepping down from a business they've put all their blood, sweat and tears into have a peace of mind in knowing we take care in connecting our buyers to their business. It really is the best of both worlds.
