I am currently looking at a couple of options, and figured I'd see if anyone here had experiences/advice they'd like to share.
After recently quitting my job, I have the opportunity to roll my 401(k) in such a way that I can use the money to buy a business. Example- http://boss.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/06/13/using-your-401k-to-buy-a-small-business/
Other than getting an attorney & accountant to help with proper due diligence, I'd love to hear thoughts from anyone who has:
1) Bought a business
and/or
2) Broke 401(k) funds out to do it
