Ok long story short.
My sister was getting a divorce, and still living with the same man she was getting the divorce from.
He told her that he was making monthly payments, (which would turn out to be false) then one day, he told her that she had to move out of the house because the house was foreclosed and someone already bought it. My sister had no knowlegde of the house being foreclosed.
Can any action be taken.
BTW my sisters ex husband, has a brother who is a lawyer
