Hello all,
Filling out my Articles of Organization for my LLC as we speak. I've had a business name picked out for a while and I ran a search one last time to make sure my name isn't taken. It still isn't showing up in the Trademark database or the Business Name search function on my state website or any other sites I've checked. However, I did stumble upon my business name about 6 pages back on Google. Seems as if someone posted on a Facebook page that had been made sometime ago for a project that they were trying to start that now seems to be inactive/never pursued. (Used my name as the title of their project which seems to have never started and seems to have been canceled)
Am I still safe to file with my name?
