So I remember seeing a youtube channel a while back about blend tec blenders and, they would do videos with their blenders called will it blend. In the videos the blenders would crush through golf balls and, cellphones and stuff that just isnt supposed to go in blenders. It really demonstrated how resilient the blenders were though and, that seems to be a big selling point behind their blenders. They have millions of views for their videos and, im sure that has lead to increased sales.
Im currently working on a bottle and i was curious to see if i would potentially hurt my companys image by drinking nasty things from it. The basis behind it would be what things should not be drank from the bottle. So basically I would take something like cuttlefish and asparagus, put it in a blender and then put it in the bottle and drink it. Most likely end up throwing it up. The entertainment value of seeing someone do something that would happen on fear factor seems like it would be a good way to get a following and, then the unique design of the bottle could potentially turn into sales. At the same time though I feel like it could be viewed as me not taking the product seriously.
Anyone have any thoughts on the subject or the idea?
