Ah. Friday. The symbolic sign that the end of the 5 day work week is in sight. "Happy Friday" people exclaim with delight on Facebook... demarcating the end of the five days of our lives that we traded for two days of freedom.
When will your independence day come? When will Fridays become just another day, as you celebrate every day of freedom?
In the old school slow lane, we live for Fridays. We thirst for Saturdays. We don't want to think ahead to Sunday nights, because that brings the visceral reaction to the work week to follow.
Plan your escape. Don't settle. The life most people accept... that society promotes, that your grandparents preached, is BULLSHIT. There's a better way.
Put your building blocks in place. Don't settle. Surround yourself with action takers. Ignore the action fakers.
I don't care if it takes me 100x. I am going to climb the mountain, and I hope you are there at the top to greet me when I get there.
2 years from now, some of us will still be here posting "is this fastlane?" posts and jogging in place. 2 years from now, some of us will be posting their stories to the exclusive "Fastlane Millionaire Stories" board.
