I`ve already started a few projects:
1. Database consultancy company - providing database administration and development services for SQL Server (global market).
Site is running since 2011 and I`m now getting some visitors from organic search, but almost no leads though, only 2 during all this period of time. Still need to invest into SEO.
Adwords did bring a couple of leads but the cost is too high.
2. Software development company - just a general software development company operating in local area. I was easily getting leads from PPC. But the budgets of the projects were low and they`re all mostly fixed price which is usually an overkill. The good side of it is that I could pick up some ideas for online projects from the clients.
3. Online Inventory tracking service for construction companies - the idea came from one client (#2). I created the system for him and now trying to sell it as online service, not getting any leads though. May be the landing page is not great or there is no demand in the market, however there are about 4-5 visitors on it every day from cheap PPC campaign.
4. Job site - created a job site and it is running for about a year now , people are posting a few vacancies a day there. At the moment for free. Unfortunately nobody posts CVs there yet. Need a lot of SEO and marketing work as I get.
5. Peer to peer crediting site - running since 2013, still free, around 2000 users signed up. Rather good public in social network - around 4500 users.
As for my current income I`m doing database and software development consulting and outsourcing.
It takes significant amount of time badly affecting my projects above.
Which of the projects I listed do you think are the most prospective?
Any creative idea on how to bring them to the next level?
