My roommate and I are entering a contest that will give $100,000 for 20% stake in a potential tech company.
It is only for kids at our University and the previous winners have been far from impressive.
Our goal is to take the money and fuel one of the two ideas that we have. Both ideas are good, but the catch is I am going to by in Sydney during the contest. We are thinking about bringing an outsider in to pitch on of the ideas so we have a better chance of winning the contest.
I will keep a running update on how the contest goes, but how should we incorporate the "outsource"? I have an idea of the kid to bring in and he could be a very valuable part of our team (aka he's smart as hell and knows how to code).
