College Tours- a feasible enterprise?

Hello everyone, I just wanted some feedback on an idea.

I thought of building a website to ease the hassle of organizing a large college tour. I would essentially bridge the gap between established tour companies and schools/churches/organizations that wanted to have campus tour. (It could be any type of tour really, but I wanted to focus on the college aspect.)

This idea came to me when, earlier this year, I wanted to organize a college tour of 5 Florida universities for Spring Break and for some reason the process wasn't as simple as I thought it would be. Apparently, there is no one-stop website to pick the colleges you want to visit, set the number of participants, choose any accommodations, hit submit, and get a quote and itinerary in a reasonable amount of time. A need waiting to be filled, no?

What do you think? Any glaring obstacles that I am blind to? Have I said too much? LOL!
