I am selling the human lace wigs for 200-300 per unit, depending on length. The market pays for 300-1000 per unit so it is cheaper.
My sister wants to get involve, but she said she wants 50% commission. To me that is unrealistic, since I have to pay for all the equipment, the hair, bills, and more trivial stuff. She is not doing the dirty work to start this up, and I drop close to 1 k for this, and probably more as I go farther into it.
I could do without her, but it would be helpful to get the products moving faster, so what would be a realistic commission?
