I was going to name my company lets just say "XYZ Media" and did a quick google search to see if it existed.
Turns out it is some african wordpress website with barely anything on it.
They claim to be XYZ Media LTD.
It doesn't seem reputable seeing as they have 83 likes on their Facebook fan page.
Are there any legal implications of naming my company the same name if they are all the way in nigeria and have nothing to offer.
Is their some search I can do to see all globally incorporated companies ?
