I'm in the beginning stages of starting a professional recruiting service. The question that I have concerns outsourcing the composition of my companies public information such as solicitation literature, Bio and so on. I have composed a mission statement listing our intent, services, qualifications and attributes (you know, The all-so-important crap.) but would it be a PR firm that I hire to review what I have and present it in a more professional and appealing way? What kind of business provides this service? Public Relations? Business Consultants? Attorney's? little blue men with white hats and no shirts holding hands, singing, drunk off of smurph berry vodka??? lol.
