Hey guys,
Having finished about 1/3 of the book (going to finish it by Friday), and joining the forum, I can safely say that I am fully geared toward living in the fastlane.
The book really clarified misconceptions for me. One major misconception is the use of credit, and how it should be used to leverage your business(es). I have always believed in avoiding credit completely, and have been able to do it successfully through two years of school.
I go to a top business school, but one thing they don't teach is using credit cards, let alone credit! In my readings and opinion, I feel it is time to start creating a clean credit score.
With this, what advice do you have on getting a credit card? That is, what partners with credit card companies (airlines, sparks, businesses, etc) are the best? Is one enough(Probably a dumb ?)? When do you find it most necessary to use them and pay for them?
Also, advice on using loans to fund business ventures would be helpful too. Are loans appropriate or should investors be seeked out?
P.S. It is nice not to see boobs everywhere on this forum. Much appreciated MJ
