I have just read the TMF , and am still a rookie there... moreover, depite I understand the huge power of internet to create a fastlane, and to improve quickly the scale of a process, I am not used to code. I learned some basics when I was a student, and failed to learn deeply programmation languages since I didn't know which ones to choose. As soon as I finished TMF , I bought three big books on HTML5 and start to learn...
But one big subject is always disturbing me... What is the critical size to reach to start such a business? What are the steps to reach it?
Do I need to implement all the functions before my business reaches this critical size, or is it better to proceed step by step? As an example, it should be easier to provide people with products if I work on a local scale, but what happens if I extend my working zone (which is the biggest leverage, to my mind, on internet)?
Do I need to create one business model, and to change it as soon as I extend my business?
