So the RE flip I've been working on is finally coming to a close on the reno end, and now comes the always interesting selling end of the project. I'm hoping to get it online and begin marketing it soon, but first I'd like the fine people of this forum to critique my sales letter for the house. I basically read other realtors pitches on the MLS and tried to copy there style and what not. So lay it on me, what do you guys think, what needs to be changed etc. You can be as harsh as you want. This is the first step in getting people in the door and the better it is the more money I make. Thanks in advance for all the help.
