3. Work on this progress 9 hours a day with concentrated mind since April

Progress Details

1. Wirte a book, which inlightens secrets to become Self-improving / good looking people very efficietly. In detail, it holds strong health technique & fitness details/shortcuts, powerful mindsets/approachings, relationship clearing methods. Could make you easily have body fat less than 14% ,strong muscles with less workout, smooth/bright skin, high energy level, remove your back/neck pain, prevent cold/most desease, and could get you a freedom as much as you wanted to. etc. (which I achieved simply with those secrets, without any steroids/hormone/surgery.) I already wrote 5% of this book, and gonna get to the finish line before November 2022. If we suppose that all the words in this book are very solid, non-overstated well-functioning techniques, how does it sounds? Is it good enough?

Hard mma training seems consume a lot of my energy. It helps me stay in good shape, but muscle soreness makes me hard to get into sleep, it`s pretty harsh. Which is gonna be better choise? Reduces training time or keep high pace and Indure it?
