My name is Miguel from beautiful BC, Canada . I'm 33 years old, married, and have two kids under 5 with another on the way.
I'm a professional web and graphic designer that's worked as a 9-5 employee within marketing teams for most of my career.
The pandemic forced me out of the slowlane (lost my job). After reading "The Millionaire Fastlane ", I'm ready to make the switch and pursue entrepreneurship.
I always felt like I never fit the mould, working for the man. I've always had great ideas but they were never nourished by my managers. I want to be in control, move decisions forward without bureaucracy, and be limited only by the ceiling I define for myself.
I've dabbled in freelancing for a few years but it's never taken off because I simply wasn't focused.
I also have the tendency to undervalue myself and have been my own worst critic. Overthinking is my speciality and it's paralyzed me from taking massive action.
This upcoming year will be different, and with your support, I hope to accomplish my goal of fully supporting my family, choosing where to live, and not living paycheque to paycheque any longer.
