I always see in this forum how people are asking others if they know good programmers/designers, and I also have seen people who have given up on outsourcing due to the lack of competence, communication barrier, and etc. These people have given up and have decided to learn programming themselves (Now, I am not against learning programming yourself, I personally think it takes too damn long and requires a lot of dedication which is not bad but by the time you get to the level of 2011, the internet has moved on to a new technology and your knowledge is on the edge of being outdated). The language of internet moves fast and you need to keep educating yourself (I think time on this earth is limited).
I have had two sites built by this one team in India and they are just excellent. They work their butts off and are excellent at communicating (They speak excellent English). They even work weekends which is awesome.
The owner was asking me if I had any relatives who wanted to build a website. Like for us, even for him, going through elance, guru is a pain in the butt. So I thought I would do him a favor and post up to see if anyone in here needs a good programming team and designing team.
No, I am not getting paid any commission or getting paid at all for this. (People do nice things for each other just for the sake of helping out as we all try to do in this forum).
