These South Korean 'Coffin Academies' hold seminars that simulate a funeral. They require the students to prepare eulogies for themselves and to figure out how they would like to be remembered. After the funeral, they spend 10 minutes in a coffin in total darkness and silence.

If you died today, what would you like to be remembered for? What would you like to tell your friends and family?
If I died today, I would like to be remembered as a guy who always strived to be his best. I would like my girlfriend to remember me as a loving person who kept her happy, even during the tough times. I would like my friends to think of me as someone who was there for them when they needed it and to not feel bad for not being there for me. I would like my parents to remember me as a son that made them prideful of the future.
I would like to tell my girlfriend that I love her and not to be afraid to find somebody new. I would tell my parents that I was sorry for not dying after them. To my friends, I would tell them to stay strong and to understand that although death is the end of the self, it is not the end of everything. YOLO is no excuse to do harm.
It's something worth thinking about, even though nobody really likes to think about death.
