I own a commercial kitchen. It's not a big facility. Fresh bread, bake, and pastries are our products. We have stored all the recipes and our specialties as files. I was thinking about digitizing everything including production and sales. I read that digitizing has several advantages like easy access of the files, easy to modify and update, easier to append and so on. http://www.ashconversions.com/resources.shtml . I think this will help to organize all important documents and invoices. I can also create a gallery of our important works and specialties to show our customers. But, I am cautious while taking any new move. Would It be better if important recipes are best left from digitizing like how KFC and Mcdonald's have done? Need advice.
