This is something i've been pondering for a while: why is it that some entrepreneurs can revitalize a struggling business while others will run a thriving business into the ground? What are the defining attributes of a good/bad entrepreneur? Can we adjust our own personality traits to resemble that of a good entrepreneur?

Edit: Perhaps decision making skills also play an important role. Are good entrepreneurs naturally talented divergent thinkers? How do they interpret and deal with problems?
