ok I got it but do they (wealthy high net worth) people have debt? how do they finance their nice houses,expensive cars, $11,000 a night hotel in africa.

is it by using their business account? meaning they have business debt but $0 personal debt.

from my understanding high net worth people have many business entity and use them to finance their wants (e.g ferrari)
