I’ve started carrying a pack of flashcards with me everywhere I go. When an idea pops into my head, I quickly jot it down along with some bullet points regarding any immediate concerns toward the idea.
In between classes, I’ll pull out a stack of these cards and flip through them for a quick review, adding more bullets while asking myself, “is this idea still as clever as I first thought?â€.
I’m at about 150+ detailed cards now, my original thoughts being, “if 1 out of every 100 ideas is worth pursuing, I had better come up with 100 ideas first.â€
Have y’all done anything similar?
