I actually heard of this method of using certain songs to get yourself on the state of taking action from Tony Robbins a while ago. It makes sense, right? But then I kind of got stuck on what song could I associate with taking action which would never bore me?
I recently started using this song called "Lose yourself" by Eminem as my action taking mantra and I'm having much better productivity with my projects.
Whenever I feel kind of down and not so much inspired, I just put it in to a infinite replay on my mobile phone, and move my a$$ with it - it's almost impossible to listen to it and not move!
I also started doing gym at home and I get almost twice more results when I play that song during gym - it's so F*cking awesome!
